Text Any textual data included in the document Die Leichen waren verhältnismäßig gut erhalten und befanden sich in un¬gleichmäßig fortge-schrittenem Stadium der Verwesung. Die Beklei¬dung der Leichen bestand aus verschiedenar-tigsten nicht zusammenhän¬genden Teilen. Einige trugen mehrere Männerröcke, Hemden und Tü¬cher übereinander, an¬dere waren nur leicht bekleidet. Auf die meisten Männerröcke war ein gelber Stern mit der Aufschrift „Jude“ genäht. Die meisten Leichen wiesen die Beschneidung der Vor¬haut auf. Beschuhung hat bei allen gefehlt. Die Taschen waren auf ver¬schiedenste Wei-se umgewendet und leer. Die Kleider wie auch die Lei¬chen waren außerordentlich stark ver-laust, die Haare nicht geschnitten, die Bärte nicht rasiert. Die Verletzungen und Wun¬den waren fahrlässig mit Papierwatte verbunden. Von den 460 Leichen wie¬sen 48 Schuss¬wunden des rückwärtigen Körperteiles, der Gurgel, der linken Schulter, des Bauches, der Hüft- und Rü-ckengegend auf. In einigen Fällen war der Schädel zerschlagen. Die Schusswunden in Kopf, Gurgel, Brust und Bauch haben im¬mer den sofortigen Tod zur Folge gehabt. Schusswunden in den Rü¬cken wa¬ren nicht immer tödlich, nämlich dann, wenn nicht die lebenswichtigen Organe getroffen worden waren. Man muss somit annehmen, dass in diesen Fällen etwas anderes den Tod verursachte, nämlich langsames Verbluten, Erfrieren, oder aber Ersticken nach der Zuschüttung des Grabes mit Erde. In zahlreichen Fäl¬len war das Ein-schlagen des Schädels am Scheitel mittels eines stumpfen Gegenstandes die Todesursache. Au-ßer den angeführten tödlichen Verwundun¬gen sind in vielen Fällen breite Blut¬ergüsse am Kopfscheitel, am Antlitz und auf der Brust, weiters Brüche des Nasenknochens, des Ober- und Unter¬kiefers, der Rippen und der un¬teren Beinknochen festgestellt worden. Meistens war die Fettschicht unter der Haut kaum zu finden, was auf sehr schlechte Ernährung hinweist. Bei der Exhumierung der Leichen durch die slowakische Sonderkommis¬sion konnten 49 Lei-chen namentlich identifiziert, bei manchen auch die mögliche Todesursache festgestellt werden. Es folgen die Namen laut dem im Slowakischen Nationalarchiv aufbewahrten Exhumierungsprotokoll. Im Überschwang der Wiedergewinnung der zwangsweise an Ungarn abgetretenen Gebiete waren slowakische Behörden damals bemüht, ungarische Vornamen zu slowakisieren, also bei¬spielsweise Béla in Vojtěch, Ferenc in František, György in Juraj oder Lajos in Ľudovít umzubenennen. In der Überzeugung, dass die Nennung des rich¬tigen Namens auch im Sinne der Anerkennung der persönlicher Würde der Opfer geboten ist, werden die Vornamen aus dem Protokoll nachfolgend in ihrer ursprünglichen ungarischen Form genannt. Bei zwei-sprachigen Orts¬namen folgt auf den amtlichen slowakischen Namen die ungarische Bezeich¬nung.
